CY series
DC types with transistor output
Being very compact, CY series can be used in a wide range of applications. With a detection distance of 12m, the thru-beam type is particularly suitable for door control applications. Retroreflective types are available with or without a polarisation filter. Reflective, shiny objects as well as transparent ones can thus be detected reliably by the CY series. All sensors can be operated in the light ON or dark ON mode.

AC type with thyristor output
Thyristor outputs allow AC loads to be switched on AC versions of CY sensors. The range includes thru-beam, retroreflective and diffuse types.
